REFUSE AND DEBRIS THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO; NEAR DUMPSTERS, POOL AREA, STAIRWELLS, BALCONIES, UNIT FRONT DOOR AREAS, ETC. ALSO STAIRWELLS, DECKS, LANDINGS, STEPS, UNDER STAIRWELLS AND SIDEWALKS THROUGHOUT THE COMPLEX HAVE REFUSE AND DEBRIS ON THEM TO INCLUDE GUM, URINE AND FECES, MUST BE POWERWASHED AND MAINTAINED. MULTIPLE DEAD MICE FOUND ON THE PROPERTY AS WELL AS DEAD BIRDS. LIVE ROACHES FOUND ALL AROUND EXTERIOR OF BUILDINGS AND IN HALLWAYS. AN EXCESS BOARDING OF 180 DAYS TO UNIT OPENINGS THROUGHOUT THE COMPLEX TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO DOOR AND WINDOW OPENINGS. MULTIPLE BROKEN WINDOWS FOUND THROUGHOUT THE COMPLEX TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO UNITS, A206, A208, A307, B204 AND FRONT OFFICE WINDOW. MULTIPLE ENTRY DOORS TO UNITS ARE IN DISREPAIR, DAMAGED OR MISSING FRAMES, UNABLE TO CLOSE, ETC. MULTIPLE COAX CABLES THROUGHOUT COMPLEX ARE HANGING OR TIED TO OTHER EXTERIOR AREAS SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO; STAIRWELLS, SPRINKLER HEADS AND OTHER FIXED ITEMS OBSTRUCTING THE EGRESS AREAS AND OR ENCROACHING ON. THERE ARE MULTIPLE LIGHT FIXTURES IN THE STAIRWAYS, CORRIDORS AND THE EXITS DOORS OF THE UNITS WITCH ARE DAMAGED, SPRAY PAINTED AND NON WORKING. THE LAUNDRY ROOM HAS MISSING COVER PLATE REAR OF DRYER THERE ARE PORTIONS OF THE CHAIN FENCE WITH TORN OPENINGS AND IN DISREPAIR. THERE ARE INOPERABLE GATE (S) WHICH ARE UNSTABLE. THE SHADE STRUCTURE LOCATED NEXT TO THE POOL IS IN DISREPAIR. DOWN SPOUTS AREA DAMAGED. THE INTERIOR OF THE EMPTY POOL HAS REFUSE. THERE ARE ABANDON APPLIANCES THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. THERE IS SHEETROCK DAMAGE IN TH LAUNDRY ROOM. ELEVATORS IN BUILDING A AND B ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL/ INOPERABLE. A REPORT OF ELEVATOR REPAIR WAS PROVIDED AFTER THE INSPECTION, AN INSPECTION WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE NEXT FOLLOW DATE.
