03/22/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The office called that the unit has a leak in the wall in the ceiling. Arrived and the met with the tenant and the water has been turned off and this has been happening since Friday. The tenant has called the Fire Dept. and T.P.D. and they did not respond to the site. The water was off and the leak was in the bathroom area and was not leaking at the time. Did talk to the management and they stated they have 2-crews working on the issue and was in building 11. They are getting parts to make the needed repairs. The management said they will have the water back on close to 5:00 PM. Did get the phone number to call the manager supervisor to check the status. The tenant will call when the water turns back on. RV.
