Did go to the site and the front is all secured and the units are being worked on getting the moisture out of the walls. The drywall has been removed. Did meet with the property manager for the property and has an issue with the rear gate having the panel removed to gain entry. They have been cutting the wire to enter the property. Did agree to place Tee posts on the panel and called Biff Baker Fence Company to the site to have the fencing resecured. They installed some tension bands on the existing fence panels to the existing corner post. Did add a Tee post on the panel near the gate and added wire to the Tee post and the Tee post for the hinge side of the gate. Did add wire on the Tee post added. At this time the fence is all secured through out the property. At this time will keep the case closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

The owner is working with the insurance company and has called the architects and engineers and have been to the site to check the damage of the fire.
