Every plumbing fixture, water and waste-pipe, and gas connection shall be properly installed in accordance with all applicable laws and maintained in good and sanitary working condition so as to prevent structural deterioration or health hazards, and are to be free from leaks and obstructions.

ALSO EVIDENCE OF TERMITES IN THE BATHROOM ORORS OF SEWER AND LONG TERM MOISTURE IN THE UNIT ARE SEVERE. UNIT IN UNFIT FOR OCCUPANCY AND MUST BE VACATED FOR REPAIRS
