WOOD FLOORS ARE COMPLETELY WATER LOGGED AND LIFTING. ALL FLOORING MUST BE REMOVED, WATER EXTRACTED AND NEW FLOORING INSTALLED. WALLS IN THE BATHROOM AS WELL AS THE CEILING AND BASEBOARDS MUST BE EVALUATED BY A CONTRACTOR TO DETERMINE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGES.
ALSO EVIDENCE OF TERMITES IN THE BATHROOM
ORORS OF SEWER AND LONG TERM MOISTURE IN THE UNIT ARE SEVERE. UNIT IN UNFIT FOR OCCUPANCY AND MUST BE VACATED FOR REPAIRS
