01/08/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Commuination called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and all the units were still on site and checking for hot spots. Did have T.P.D. on site due to had a suicide in the burned unit and the building is going crime scene. Will be leaving the site and will be called back when able to check the unit. Was able to turn back on the other units that had the electrical turned off back on. The tenants were let back into the unit once the electrical was turned back on. RV.
01/19/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The permit has been issued, T21CM02589 on 4-6-21 and finaled on 6-2-21 and the unit has been rented out with no complaints on the unit. Will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
