11/05/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and met with the tenant who gave me the case info about his dog and the porch. Unfortunately, he is located in the parking lot next to the Pantano Wash with only a parking lot between the desert and his porch area. He has put up some metal screening at the bottom of the railing of this porch but he wanted to add more but the boards decision was no. I also checked into the claim of mice/rat infestation. Spoke to manager who states they do not have a mice/rat infestation, they are under contract with Termagon Pest Control and treat for roaches,mice,rats and termites. Manager states they will continue to work with this tenant. There is nothing Code Enforcement can do with this case at this point and tenant is seeking legal action, will close out this case
