11/04/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a min. housing condition and living condition. Arrived and the units were still on site. The tenant was transported for evaluation has no other person on site. The unit has been vandalized by the tenant and has broken glass on the floor, broken TV and broken furniture on the floor. Has a broken window from a few days ago. The unit has blood, and feces through out the unit. Found liquid on the flooring in different areas and not sure what it is. Did find liquor bottles through out the unit and some were broken. Did call the management and received no call back. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to secure the unit. Did the paperwork and posted on the plywood on the window that was boarded up. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front door and was able to lock the door with a plastic bag. Did place a peice of plywood over the lock so the tenant does not get back into the unit until it gets cleaned. The electrical was left on at this time. Was able to lock the deadbolt with a plastic bag on the front door. The sliding door was hard to lock but was able to secure before locking the door. RV.
12/23/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The manager has called that the unit has been cleaned out and working on the repairs to re-rent the unit. Did stop by the unit and work is still being done but the walls and the flooring has been cleaned and sanitized from the feces on the walls and floor through out. The holes in the walls have been patched and repaired and was in the process of painting. The tenant will not be coming back due to has been evicted from the unit and the property. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
