The tenant was transported for evaluation has no other person on site. The unit has been vandalized by the tenant and has broken glass on the floor, broken TV and broken furniture on the floor. Has a broken window from a few days ago. The unit has blood, and feces through out the unit. Found liquid on the flooring in different areas and not sure what it is. Did find liquor bottles through out the unit and some were broken. Did call the management and received no call back. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to secure the unit. Did the paperwork and posted on the plywood on the window that was boarded up. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front door and was able to lock the door with a plastic bag. Did place a peice of plywood over the lock so the tenant does not get back into the unit until it gets cleaned. The electrical was left on at this time. Was able to lock the deadbolt with a plastic bag on the front door. The sliding door was hard to lock but was able to secure before locking the door. RV. |
