11/04/2020 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | GGOODMA2 | Approved | VISITED SITE, THE PROPTERTY IS THE LAST PROPERTY AT THE END OF A DIRT ROAD. ANY VEHICLE INCLEUDING MY OWN KICKS UP DIRT WHEN DRIVING TO THIS ADDRESS, I WILL NOT CONSIDER THIS A VIOLATION. WHEN ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY I FOUND THE AREA WEST OF THE STRUCTURE CLEANED AND OWNER IN THE PROCESS OF PLACING CHAIN LINK AROUND THE PROPERTY AS POLES AND CHAIN LINK FENCING ARE LYING ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE. I DID FIND DEBRIS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER WHO EXPLAINED FENCING IS GOING AROUND THE ENTIRE LOT. HE IS IN THE PROCESS OF CLEANING THE AREA BEFORE FENCING. HE DOES INTEND TO REMOVE THE DEBRIS ON THE SOUTH SIDE AND IS NOT MOVING IT INTO THE WASH TO GET RID OF IT. ALSO FOUND DEBRIS IN THE COMMON AREA BETWEEN THIS STRUCTURE AND THE TRAILER ACROSS THE WAY. NOV WILL FOLLOW. |
01/04/2021 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | GOODMAN | Approved | VSITED SITE, FOUND ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS REMOVED FROM THE AREA BETWEEN THE TWO TRAILERS. KIDS TOYS AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE NEATLY PLACED CLOSER TO THE OWNERS TRAILER. AS OPPOSED TO BEING SCATTERED EVERYWHERE. THE TRASH AND DEBRIS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE TRAILER CLOSER TO THE WASH HAD BEEN REMOVED. FENCING HAS NOT YET BEEN INSTALLED AND REMAINS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE TRAILER. I ALSO SPOKE WITH REUSSLYN WELLS WHO STATED THAT IF THE OWNER IS GRADING AROUND HIS TRAILER TO MAINTAIN POSITIVE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM HIS TRAILER, THEN A PERMIT IS NOT REQUIRED. C/E HAS NO FURTHER ISSUES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
