KIDS TOYS AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE NEATLY PLACED CLOSER TO THE OWNERS TRAILER. AS OPPOSED TO BEING SCATTERED EVERYWHERE. THE TRASH AND DEBRIS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE TRAILER CLOSER TO THE WASH HAD BEEN REMOVED. FENCING HAS NOT YET BEEN INSTALLED AND REMAINS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE TRAILER. I ALSO SPOKE WITH REUSSLYN WELLS WHO STATED THAT IF THE OWNER IS GRADING AROUND HIS TRAILER TO MAINTAIN POSITIVE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM HIS TRAILER, THEN A PERMIT IS NOT REQUIRED. C/E HAS NO FURTHER ISSUES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
