The unit was checked and the motor to the fan was being replaced with a new motor. The temperature for the air was checked at 40 degrees. Did tell the tenant that if this works that it will take a few hours to cool the unit due to the amount of heat in the unit. The unit was checking in at 86 to 89 degrees. Did leave a card so the tenant can call when done and check on the temperature. RV. |

The tenant stated that when on is stay running and not cooling. They have fans and no AC window units at this time. The floor tile has been patch and not done well and is still missing in areas. Does have a child in the unit and the tile has sharp edges. Did meet with the manager and he called the person working on AC and he is on site and will be going to this unit once he has lunch.
