The temperature for the air was checked at 40 degrees. Did tell the tenant that if this works that it will take a few hours to cool the unit due to the amount of heat in the unit. The unit was checking in at 86 to 89 degrees. Did leave a card so the tenant can call when done and check on the temperature. RV. |
