08/24/2020 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | VINDIOLA | Approved | Arrived on site and met with tenant and inspector Goodman was also on site with me. Checked the front railing system leading up to the unit and all was secured not an issue at this time. Tenant showed it into the interior where one of the west facing walls had bubbling in the paint and sheet rock screws were bubbled out. She then showed it to a carpet area between The kitchen and the living room that the carpet was lifting. Next up was the bathtub that showed signs of paint flaking. We last addressed the rear porch deck area. Saw damage to the post one beam and one rafter that needed to be replaced. Made contact with Don and walked him through the violations. He understood and would be meeting with management to get contractors out to get the situation handled. Will be moving to NOV to management |

Spoke with mananger and all was done except for the tub scrathes as contractor will no go into into units yet because of the Covid 19 but does not effect the operation of the tub.
