From the outside did see new post, header and looks to be new rafters all was freshly painted. Spoke with mananger and all was done except for the tub scrathes as contractor will no go into into units yet because of the Covid 19 but does not effect the operation of the tub. Will get it done once contractor is ok with the pandemic.
