There are many issues at this property. A/C's don't work. The sidewalk is blocked. Landlord is allowing a tenant to remodel the apartment, add a make-shift porch, rod-iron gates, rock and gravel, but the landlord is not repairing the rest of the apartments or fixing the numerous large pot holes.

08/18/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The property has 12-units and was able to talk to 3-tenants and they had no complaints about there units. They all stated that the cooler or AC units were working at this time. Found no broken windows, the property is cleaned, the sidewalk in front of the property was cleared at this time and has walkways in front of each unit and they were OK for each unit. Does have pot holes and did talk to the owner and he will be filling the pot holes through out the property. Does have 2-wood post where a porch was going to be built and was stopped due to no permits were issued. The owner will remove the wood post at this time. Will check the site in 10 days. RV.
09/23/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Some work was done and some of the holes were covered in the front of the property. There are 2-holes in the rear of the units and still need more dirt. Did call the owner to let him know that when it rains that they will fill up with water. The owner was going to order more dirt and maybe get someone to fill the holes. Will check in 30 days. RV.
