They all stated that the cooler or AC units were working at this time. Found no broken windows, the property is cleaned, the sidewalk in front of the property was cleared at this time and has walkways in front of each unit and they were OK for each unit. Does have pot holes and did talk to the owner and he will be filling the pot holes through out the property. Does have 2-wood post where a porch was going to be built and was stopped due to no permits were issued. The owner will remove the wood post at this time. Will check the site in 10 days. RV. |
