07/07/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with the mangement and they have the unit scheduled for 7-10-2020 for a treatment. The the tenant has been advised to have the shelves cleaned and cleared of items off the shelves for the treatment. I did call the tenant on what has to be done and went over that the treatment is set for friday and will have to bag everything up for the treatment. They will be foging the unit and spraying before foging the unit. The unit has been treated on 6-23-2020 and only sprayed due to the unit was not set up for the fogging at that time. The tenant is stating that they keep spaying and they still have roaches. Will check in 2-weeks. RV.
01/07/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Unit has been treated several times and have not been called back by the tenants. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
