Arrived and the units were still on site and waiting for T.P.D. The van has enter the building through a glass front window frame and completely into the building. Damage to the glass and frame of 16' long x 10' high. The interior of the building has damage to tables and chairs. A wooden table has pushed into a wall by the kitchen area. The wall has been pushed into the kitchen area and did some damage to the refrigerator. The glass has shattered through out the building on the interior. The health department was called to the site to check the condition and will have to be inspected before opening. The property manager was on site and was not able to secure the site and gave permission to have the building secured by the City of Tucson contractor. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the buiding secured. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the plywood. The property manager has signed the paperwork on site. RV. |

All the issues that I gave were done and approved by the Health Department. The business was able to opened and only doing to go orders. The bakery was checked and will be able to open for to go orders only. No dine in at this time. At this time the case will be closed and the window has been ordered. Violation Abated, Close Case.
