All the issues that I gave were done and approved by the Health Department. The business was able to opened and only doing to go orders. The bakery was checked and will be able to open for to go orders only. No dine in at this time. At this time the case will be closed and the window has been ordered. Violation Abated, Close Case. | 06/14/2020 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Met with the property manager and went over the issues that need to be done to open on Monday. The coffee shop is only doing take out orders and has no dining at this time. Did go over on blocking access to the sitting area and that will be blocked off. Went over the glass panel being removed or being more stable to make sure it does not fall. Did go over that it should be checked by the glass company to remove the panel or secure the panel. Did look at the kitchen area and the wall has moved and have to be re-done. Was going to get with the health deparment to check if they will be allowed to open in the condition it's in now. The area still has to be cleaned. The property manager will call when ready to be checked again and let me know what the health department inspection comes out when done. |
