Arrived and the units still on site and a vehicle hit the rear porch going next to the plywood siding on the wood post. One 4 x 4 was knocked down in the middle of the porch. The wood beam is still supported and once the vehicle is removed, the wood post can be placed back into place. The damage is to the rear porch and the items on the rear porch and the rear yard area. The chain link fencing has been knocked down on the northeast corner of the property where the vehicle enter the property. The owner will be able to remain on the property and will need to clean the property. Has tall grass and weeds, trash and debris, storage, J.M.V.'s in the rear yard and the front yard. The owner was on site and signed the paperwork on site. The owner has someone to have the property secured and will be checked tomorrow. RV.
06/30/2020	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	No one home and have started to clean the property in the rear and side yard but not completed. The vehicles are still on site and the owner is trying to get the owners of the vehicles to take the vehicles from the property. Did go over placing a fence 5' or taller where you can't see through the fencing to place the vehicles in the rear yard area. They will still have to remove the some vehicles due to the size of the rear yard. The rear porch has not been cleaned due to waiting for the insurance company of the person that hit the house do show to the site to check the damage. The person that hit the house is still in the hospital at this time. Will check in 14 days. RV.
