Arrived and the units still on site and a vehicle hit the rear porch going next to the plywood siding on the wood post. One 4 x 4 was knocked down in the middle of the porch. The wood beam is still supported and once the vehicle is removed, the wood post can be placed back into place. The damage is to the rear porch and the items on the rear porch and the rear yard area. The chain link fencing has been knocked down on the northeast corner of the property where the vehicle enter the property. The owner will be able to remain on the property and will need to clean the property. Has tall grass and weeds, trash and debris, storage, J.M.V.'s in the rear yard and the front yard. The owner was on site and signed the paperwork on site. The owner has someone to have the property secured and will be checked tomorrow. RV. |
