The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Some of the wood members have been changed to new due to the moisture in the wood and were like for like with no changes in the framing. Some countertops have been removed at this time and will be re-done and are half walls. The drywall removed is less than 300 sq.ft. Will do N.O.V. and did a Stop Work Order on the front window. RV. |
