The flex for the AC in the area was replaced on a small section by the window area to the lobby area. The drywall was removed where wet or had some mold. The wood framing appears to be OK. Some of the wood members have been changed to new due to the moisture in the wood and were like for like with no changes in the framing. Some countertops have been removed at this time and will be re-done and are half walls. The drywall removed is less than 300 sq.ft. Will do N.O.V. and did a Stop Work Order on the front window. RV. |
