| 05/27/2020 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | VIDAL | Approved | Went by the property and was unable to enter into the property due to the gate was locked. While I was checking for phone numbers, a person came out and was able to talk to him. He was the son of the owner and went over the issues on the property. I did ask if these issues were disclosed in the sale of the house due to it was an issue with the person that sold the house to the new owners. He was going to check with the realtor and gave a card to call me on results. The structures that are built with out permits are still on the property. Did let the person know that the structures can be removed from the property or get the permit if they are to remain on the property. Did let the son know that a N.O.V. will be sent to the property. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
