The house needs heating and cooling, the house cleaned up, light fixtures re-secured or replaced, outlets installed, windows checked if working, and will need to be checked for min. housing condition before re-occupying. Did let the owner know that he can re-secure but will need to call that the house is secured. RV.
07/24/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Went to the site and found the owner in the house. The owner was removed and the house was re-secured where the owner is not allowed to enter the house or the property. At this time the case will be closed due to will be opening another case and will be doing a citation to the owner. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
