Met with the owner of the property on site. Opened the front door to look at what needs to be done on the correction. The house needs heating and cooling, the house cleaned up, light fixtures re-secured or replaced, outlets installed, windows checked if working, and will need to be checked for min. housing condition before re-occupying. Did let the owner know that he can re-secure but will need to call that the house is secured. RV. |
