05/22/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved No management on site at this time due to the virus. Did call the management and they called me back. They were not aware of any issues on the unit and they will call the tenant to check on the issues given. The management did call me back and the tenant has no issues on the unit and has a different name than on the case given. Did give the manager the info I had and they called back that the person name given no longer lives on the property and lived in another unit. Due to the current tenant has no issues on the unit the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
