04/23/2020 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | GOODMAN | Approved | VISITED SITE, GRASS AND WEEDS ALONG THE SIDEWALK AREAS HAS BEEN CUT RECENTLY BUT THERE IS STILL SCATTERED AREAS ABOVE 6 IN. THERE IS ALSO TRASH THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE OWNER WHO ASKED I LEAVE HIM A CARD AT HIS HOME ADDRESS, RESEARCH FOUND HE LIVES IN GREEN VALLEY. MANGER AND DAUGHTER CONTACTED ME AND INFORMED ME OF OTHER ISSUES GOING ON AT SOME OF THE UNITS THAT INCLUDES DRUG USE, LIVING CONDITIONS, POSSIBLE HOARDING. SHE STATED SHE IS TRYING TO GO THRU A EVICTION PROCESS FOR UNIT 258, BUT WAS TOLD SHE CAN EVICT THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SECTION 8, FEELS SHE IS GETTING A RUN OROUND FROM SEC 8 AS THE PROCESS STARTED IN NOVEMBER OF 2019 AND IS YET FILLING OUT MORE PAPER WORK SHE RECEIVED RECENTLY. MANAGER STATED SHE IS AFRAID TO GO ONTO THE PROPERTY BECAUSE OF THE OCCUPANTS IN UNIT #258. WILL SPEAK TO MARTIN TO DETERMINE FOLLOW UP |
09/16/2020 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | GOODMAN | Approved | PROPERTY REMAINS CLEAN AND MAINTAINED AT THIS TIME, OCCUPANTS REMAIN IN THE UNIT. BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT WAS FOR GRASS AND WEEDS, TRASH AND DEBRIS, AND THEN MOVED TO ADDITIONAL EVICTION ISSUES, THE INSPECTOR MOVES TO CLOSE THE CASE BECAUSE ORIGINAL ISSUES HAVE BEEN ABATED AND MAINTAINED. THE EVICTION AND COURT PROCESS IS BEING HANDLED BY THE COURTS, BETWEEN THE OWNER/OCCUPANT AND SECTION 8 HAS A PART IN THIS SINCE THE OCCUPANT IS SECTION 8. I WILL CLOSE CASE ON THE ORIGINAL ISSUES. COMPLIANCE CLOSE CASE. |
