04/15/2020 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | VIDAL | Approved | Met with one of the owners of the mobile home and the gas line in the mobile home park has been replaced with new in this area. This mobile home had no gas meter and the people in the mobile home are buying the mobile home and did not have the gas on when the new gas lines were being installed. Did meet with the owners of the mobile home and one was on the phone and went over that the gas line for the mobile home needs to be check that if the gas line can hold pressure. The permit needs to be issued and inspected and once the gas line has been cleared, the owners of the mobile home can call to get the gas turned on. At this time there is no gas meter and will be getting a new meter once the clearance has been approved. The City of Tucson will call Southwest Gas of the clearance to have the gas turned back on. The property does have water and the water heater is gas leaving no hot water to the property. The gas will need to be in the owners name of the mobile home to get the gas on. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
