A plumber was also on site today(02/19) from MacInnis Plumbing, and verified hot water is coming from all three fixtures in unit #456, its a boiler system and boiler is set at a proper temp to feed the complex and avoid burns. Dishwasher was also found to be operational by maint. and exterminator was in on Monday 02/17/20. The work that was done this week has satisfied the Notice of Violation given to management and was done before due date. This information was given to my Supervisor and also Ward 2. I advised the tenant over the phone and asked that she call me. I will be closing out this case as abated, once I speak to the tenant. |
