01/23/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with the son of the person who called. The mother has moved to another location and the son lives in the unit at this time. He did show me the sinks leaking in the kitchen and the bathroom, toilet tank not filling up and getting water from the tub to fill the tank for the toilet, the sewer is backing up and has no heat at this time. Has a wall heater and that has been tagged by Southwest Gas due to not able to keep lit. Has a water line on the exterior of the house at the rear of the house that has been patched and still is leaking. Did call the property manager and did go over the issues on the property. He was not aware and will be checking the issues and make the needed repairs. Did call the son of the tenant and he is aware of the property manager coming to the property to do the work. RV.
02/11/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Not able to make contact with the tenants and did call the property manager to check the status. All the work has been completed and has no other issues on the property at this time. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
