He did show me the sinks leaking in the kitchen and the bathroom, toilet tank not filling up and getting water from the tub to fill the tank for the toilet, the sewer is backing up and has no heat at this time. Has a wall heater and that has been tagged by Southwest Gas due to not able to keep lit. Has a water line on the exterior of the house at the rear of the house that has been patched and still is leaking. Did call the property manager and did go over the issues on the property. He was not aware and will be checking the issues and make the needed repairs. Did call the son of the tenant and he is aware of the property manager coming to the property to do the work. RV. |
