OFFENSIVE ODOR COMING FROM BATHROOM/HALLWAY CLOSET, EVEN WITH AIR FRESHENERS IN PLACE A CHEMICAL/ DECAYING ODOR DETECTED WHEN CLOSET IS OPENED. NO GFI'S FOUND AT BATHROOM OR KITCHEN SICK AREAS. LIGHT FIXTURE SITTING UPSIDE DOWN ON TOP CABINETS WITH EXPOSED ROMEX WIRING TO FIXTURE. OUTLETS APPEAR TO BE GROUNDED PER OUTLET TESTER. WILL ISSUE A NOTICE OF VIOLATION TO OWNERS AND FORT LOWELL REALTY. |
