INSPECTOR ALSO FOUND HUGE GAP UNDER FRONT ENTRY DOOR ALLOWING FOR COLD AIR AND OUTSIDE COMPONENTS TO ENTER UNIT, WATER DAMAGED WALL SOFT TO THE TOUCH AT BATHROOM VANITY, OPEN CEILING OVER BATHROOM VANITY, BATHROOM SINK LEAKING AT PLUMBING PIPES UNDER THE SINK TENANT USING BUCKET TO CAPTURE LEAKING WATER. OFFENSIVE ODOR COMING FROM BATHROOM/HALLWAY CLOSET, EVEN WITH AIR FRESHENERS IN PLACE A CHEMICAL/ DECAYING ODOR DETECTED WHEN CLOSET IS OPENED. NO GFI'S FOUND AT BATHROOM OR KITCHEN SICK AREAS. LIGHT FIXTURE SITTING UPSIDE DOWN ON TOP CABINETS WITH EXPOSED ROMEX WIRING TO FIXTURE. OUTLETS APPEAR TO BE GROUNDED PER OUTLET TESTER. WILL ISSUE A NOTICE OF VIOLATION TO OWNERS AND FORT LOWELL REALTY.
