11/12/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED THE SITE AND MET WITH MANAGER JULLISA WHO STATED THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF THE LEAK BUT THAT IT HAS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. JULLISA STATED SHE HAD GIVEN THE OCCUPANT A 10 DAYS NOTICE TO TERMINATE HER LEASE BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF TRAFFIC COMING IN AND OUT OF THE UNIT. I TOLD JULLISA THAT THE OCCUPANT STATED SHE HAD REMOVED A BOARD FROM BEHIND THE FRIG AND DISHWASHER AND THERE WAS STILL WATER ON THE FLOOR. JULLISA AGREED TO GO WITH ME TO THE UNIT. I WALKED TO THE UNIT WITH THE MANAGER, UPON MY ARRIVAL I FOUND OCCUPANT AND REPRESENTATIVE FOR OUR FAMILY SERVICES, CLEANING THE APT. I DID FIND A HOLE IN THE KITCHEN WALL, THE DISHWASHER AND REFRIGERATOR HAD BEEN REMOVED, THE PLUMBING HAD BEEN REPAIRED, THE DRYWALL HAD NOT. MY FINDINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
04/03/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved SPOKE WITH JULLISA, MANAGER WHO STATED THE OCCUPANT THAT LIVED IN THE UNIT WAS EVICTED AND UNIT HAS SINCE BEEN REOCCUPIED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
