JULLISA STATED SHE HAD GIVEN THE OCCUPANT A 10 DAYS NOTICE TO TERMINATE HER LEASE BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF TRAFFIC COMING IN AND OUT OF THE UNIT. I TOLD JULLISA THAT THE OCCUPANT STATED SHE HAD REMOVED A BOARD FROM BEHIND THE FRIG AND DISHWASHER AND THERE WAS STILL WATER ON THE FLOOR. JULLISA AGREED TO GO WITH ME TO THE UNIT.
I WALKED TO THE UNIT WITH THE MANAGER, UPON MY ARRIVAL I FOUND OCCUPANT AND REPRESENTATIVE FOR OUR FAMILY SERVICES, CLEANING THE APT. I DID FIND A HOLE IN THE KITCHEN WALL, THE DISHWASHER AND REFRIGERATOR HAD BEEN REMOVED, THE PLUMBING HAD BEEN REPAIRED, THE DRYWALL HAD NOT. MY FINDINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
