08/26/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, AFTER THE INSPECTOR RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER ABOUT THE PEDDLERS IN FRONT OF THE RESTARAUNT. A INSPETION WAS CONDUCTED ON 8/22, THE PEDDLERS WERE INFORMED THEY COULD NOT BE ON CITY R.O.W. PEDDLERS DID REMOVE THEIR TENT AND ITEMS WITHIN 30 MINUTES. I MET WITH THE OWNER OF EL INDIO WHO ALSO ASKED I INSPECT. PEDDLERS ABATED THE ISSUE WHILE I WAS ON SITE. THERE WAS NO FOOD BEING SOLD COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
