07/08/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with the tenant and the AC is not working and has 2-portable units in the unit. The air out of the vent is not cold but told the tenant to leave the air on to have the air blow around the unit. The portable units were given by the management. The tenant does not want to call the owner due to was sent here by an agency. I did let the tenant know if I have no phone numbers I can't call anyone to assist in the repairs needed. It appears that the AC unit needs to be replaced. The tenant will call what she decides on the complaint. RV.
