WALL IS BEING BUILT AROUND THE PROPERT WITHOUT A PERMIT. CONCERNED THAT IT WILL BLOCK LINE OF SIGHT FOR DRIVEWAY ON 641 W SANTA MARIA AND CONCERNED THAT SEWER LINE IS UNDER WHERE WALL IS BEING BUILD AND COULD BE DAMAGED.

The wall was approved for 6' and the wall at this time is 6'-10" to 7'-4" high on the section that are built in the rear of the property. Will check with zoning. RV. |

Did go to the property and and measured with inspector Goodman. Did have one pin and measured and it was close to 71'. Was not able to find another pin in the rear and went off the new wall back and was also close to the 71'. Did meet with the owner of the property and went over that the permit has been issued for a 6' wall but the wall is over the 6' height. The highest point is 7'-8" on the west corner in the alley. The owner will be going back to P.D.S.D for the adjusted heigh of the wall. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
