Bathroom - Sheetrock damage outside tub area Living room - Ceiling area showed seam running from east to west in two areas however not wet or damp in these areas Kitchen - Ceiling area again showed seam running from east to west and not wet. Will address concerns with mananger |
| 05/24/2019 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | VINDIOLA | Approved | Arrived on site and met with management assistance who stated the tenant is completely out and crews worked on the ceilings. They gave me the keys and allowed me into the unit where I saw the unit completely cleaned and no issues with seam splitting in the master living room or kitchen area. Ceilings were not wet or damp. Bathroom tub area was also taken care of with sheetrock. At this point no issues were identified with any of the ceiling area. As I returned the keys to the manager they also stated they had an outside company do a mold report and that also came up negative. Will move to close out this case |
