They gave me the keys and allowed me into the unit where I saw the unit completely cleaned and no issues with seam splitting in the master living room or kitchen area. Ceilings were not wet or damp. Bathroom tub area was also taken care of with sheetrock. At this point no issues were identified with any of the ceiling area. As I returned the keys to the manager they also stated they had an outside company do a mold report and that also came up negative. Will move to close out this case |
