05/15/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Was asked by inspector Morales to have the property checked if anyone on the property due to lacking water since 2015. Did knock on both doors with no answer. While doing the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window, the owner of the mobile home came out and did go over if the water was on and he stated no. Did let the owner of the mobile home due to lacking the water that he will not be able to stay in the mobile home until the water has been turned back on. Did go over that a payment needs to be made in full in order to get the water back on. Did meet with the management and they stated that the owner had been working on the mobile home park and no longer works for them. The owner had been taking showers at the pool area and getting water from them. Did let the management know that the mobile home has been condemned due to lacking water to the mobile home due to non-payment. The owner now has owned the mobile home since 2015 and the water has not been turned back on since that change of ownership. The owner was served the N.O.V. to Vacate and left the site to pay for the water to be turned on. RV.
05/16/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The owner called that the water has been turned back on. Did have an inspector with me that had worked with water and he checked and the water has been turned back on. There was no other issues on the property and the owner owns the mobile home. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
