03/12/2019 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(b) ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of accumulated refuse and debris. Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.

(a) An owner or responsible party of residential property shall not operate, conduct, manage, or allow more than four yard sales within a single calendar year at the residential property. (b) An owner or responsible party of residential property shall not operate, conduct, manage, or allow any yard sale event that exceeds three (3) consecutive days. (c) A violation of this Section shall be a civil infraction, with a sanction as provided in Section 16-48(2).

05/03/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved FOLLOW UP INSPECTION FOUND FRONT YARD AND ABUTTING SIDEWALK AREA VERY CLEAN. EAST SIDE YARD AREA ALSO VERY CLEAN. A 6FT WALL WAS PLACED BETWEEN THE FRONT AND REAR YARD ON THE EAST SIDE AS WELL AND REFUSE AND DEBRIS REMOVED FROM THE REAR YARD ABATING ALL ISSUES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
