THE REAR YARD AREA DID HAVE REFUSE, DEBRIS, AND TABLES OF ITEMS THAT DID LOOK TO BE YARD SALE TYPE STUFF. THERE WAS NOT A YARD SALE GOING ON AT THE PROPERTY, BUT I DID REGOGNIZE THE OWNERS AS THE YARD SALERS I FOUND AT STONE AND NAVAJO LOT S/E CORNER.
I MET WITH THE OWNERS AND EXPLAINED THEY WOULD NEED TO GET RID OF THE DEBRIS IN THE REAR YARD AND IF THEY WERE HAVING WEEKLY YARD SALES THEY WOULD NEED TO STOP. I EXPLAINE THAT I WOULD BE SENDING A NOV.
