The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

THE IMPACT ON THE RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE WALL CAUSED A HOLE APPROX. 3'X4' NEAR THE SOUTH WEST CORNER OF THE WALL AND CAUSING CRACKING AND HEAVY SEPERATION THROUGHOUT THE SOUTHWEST PORTION OF THE STRUCTURE. . IMPACT WITH THE RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE WAS ALONG APPROX HALF OF THE SOUTHERN WALL. THE MATERIAL REMAINS UP AGAINST THE RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE. STUCCO DAMAGE ON THE EXTERIOR FINISH. ONE ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT AFFECTED. CIRCUIT WAS ISOLATED AND SECURED. IT SHALL REMAIN OFF UNTIL REPAIRS CAN BE MADE. A STRUCTUAL ENGINEER SHALL EVALUATE THE DAMAGE AND STRUCTUAL INTEGRITY OF THE WALL FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECUREMENT AND REPAIR, UNDER PERMIT CONCORD GENERAL CONTRACTOR ON SITE HAS SECURED THE DEMO AREA UNTIL THE ENGINEER CAN EVALUATE.
