States on Saturday 01/12/19 a Temporary Pex line was run from the boiler to the 5 buildings to supply hot water. Line was run on the ground, then from building to building on top of the roof line. Work was done by Samsung Plumbing. Research found no permit was pulled for the temporary line. Made contact with M. Romero was asked to do an NOV for the temporary line and for work to be done to re-establish the hot water line a permanent basis to all 5 buildings. NOV was signed by manager Danielle |

While still on site tried to call Glenn from Samsung Plumbing however could not reach him, left two messages for him. Will continue to follow case and also meet with PDSD to clarify what is needed |
