12/13/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with C.O. issues on the property. Arrived and all the units were still on site. S.W.G. was on site and has done testing on the interior of the structure and had a reading 400 per million. All have been remove from the building and the workers have gone home. The building was not occupied at this time and S.W.G. was ordered to pin the meter until a heating and cooling contractor come to the site to check the heaters on the roof. The contractor did send a tech and he was order to turn the gas off to the heater and the unit will be check in the morning if it has a cracked heat exchanger. The front doors were posted Do Not Enter and the manager on site signed the paperwork. The manager made arrangements with the contractor to be on site tomorrow at 5:30 AM to start the checking of the unit and to get heat to the building. At this time with no gas will not have no hot water or heat and the kithcen area will not have the fryers or the stove with the griddle due to on gas. Will meet in the morning. RV.
12/17/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The store had another call and T.F.D. did respond on 12-15-18 in the late afternoon. Martin Lopez was called to the site and than called off due to the issue was external. T.F.D. was checking were the smell was coming from. The store has opening in the rear of the building and the smell was getting into the store area. SWG was on site and everthing was check for the store and was OK. The store was left opened at this time. Due to no other calls, at this time the case will be close. Violation Abated, Close Close. RV.
