12/17/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The store had another call and T.F.D. did respond on 12-15-18 in the late afternoon. Martin Lopez was called to the site and than called off due to the issue was external. T.F.D. was checking were the smell was coming from. The store has opening in the rear of the building and the smell was getting into the store area. SWG was on site and everthing was check for the store and was OK. The store was left opened at this time. Due to no other calls, at this time the case will be close. Violation Abated, Close Close. RV.
12/14/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site at 9:00 AM and the heating and cooling contractor has capped the gas line to the 2-heaters on the roof and has 4 heat pumps giving heat to the building. They are smaller units but is giving some heat to the building. SWG was called to the property to have the gas turned back on. The heating and cooling contractor was ordered to take a test on the CO level and was Zero at this time. SWG did do the servey and the line test and all have past and the gas was turned back on. The water heaters boilers and the stove with the griddle and the oven were all turned back on. Did allow the store to be opened at this time at approx. 10:30 AM. The contractor will be working on replacing or repairing the heater that were turned off to get the heaters back on. RV.
