THE LEAY ROOF MAY BE FROM A DESIGN FLAW AND I DID SPEAK WITH THE OWNER WHO STATED SHE PLANS ON KEEPING THE UNIT VACANT UNTIL THE ISSUED IS FIXED AND IS AWARE BECAUSE OF PAST PROBLEMS. WILL FOREGO A NOV AT THIS TIME SINCE OCCUPANT IS IN THE PROCESS OF PACKING AND TIME WILL ALLOW OWNER TO MAKE NECESSARY REPAIRS TO GET UNIT READY TO REOCCUPY. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
